Little Canton’s new exciting restaurant, bar and takeaway menus were created with the help of the School of Wok, which is headed by renowned celebrity chef and author Jeremy Pang who worked personally on this project. The School of Wok is the UK’s top oriental cooking school. Their consultancy arm is the leading light in introducing Asian cooking into commercial kitchens nationwide. Jeremy and his team not only helped create the menus, they also provided expert training to the Little Canton kitchen team.
The menus are designed to embrace a new movement in Asian dining. We use modern international cooking techniques and ingredients in perfect fusion with traditional and new Asian dishes. The result is what we hope to be a unique, en-trend menu and dining experience from an independent restaurant, which is not often found outside of big cities. It is also reasonably priced at an average of £20-£30 per head for a 3 course meal.
